    Duplication

    INKJET PRINTING

This is only used on special watershield discs, these are coated with an ink receptive print surface, giving you a cost effective high quality disc print. This is available for short run duplication with no minimum quantity. We recommend this mainly for short run duplication on either CD or DVD.

    THERMAL PRINTING

Thermal print uses pressure and heat to apply graphics and text to the disc, resulting in a scratchproof, waterproof disc, A thermal retransfer print handles photographic images well but can produce grainy text and graphics. available for short run duplication with no minimum quantity.

    SILK SCREEN PRINTING

This is the industry standard for replicated discs, silkscreen can be printed direct onto the silver surface of the disc for added effect. Screen printing can be used on smaller runs but set up costs can prove expensive, this is why we only recommend it for replicated jobs of 1000 or more.

    LITHO PRINTING

Used for fast track duplication only as standard but also offered on replicated discs. Full colour CMYK printing giving more resolution and finer colour control than screen printing.
