DVD REPLICATION EXPLAINED

DVD replication is a process where raw materials are used and a glass master of your disc is produced, from this glass master stampers are made, from those stampers your plastic discs are made through injection moulding, the discs are then coated with a thin layer of aluminium and a protective laquer coating that is hardened by ultraviolet light.
We now have the capabilities to stamp over 100,000 discs a day. As glass mastering is an expensive process it is only cost effective for quantities of over 500 discs.

PRINTING/PACKAGING

DVD replicated discs can be packaged to your choice, anything from a pvc wallet to a full digi pack. Double Vision can work with you to supply specilised packaging if required.
Printing on the face of the disc will either be screen or litho depending on your preference and suitability of artwork, we will be happy to advise you on this on receipt of artwork.
